Postpartum Drop-in Group

We are now offering an IN-PERSON and ZOOM hybrid! We are excited to bring SCBP’s Postpartum Drop-in Group back to in-person on a first come, first served basis.

Creating a gentle weekly routine for you and your babe including activities such as Library time, Community Centre drop-ins, or groups like ours, can be helpful as you navigate raising little ones. And what a wonderful way to network and create community! We can all learn so much from each other.

Now that we are approaching Flu/Covid/RSV season, we have already seen an increase in significant illness in our staff and patient population, for this reason, we ask that all participants please wear a mask while in the clinic at all times. If you don’t have one, our office admin would be happy to provide one for you.

If you are able, PLEASE DONATE. All proceeds go to the Vancouver Community Birth Foundation.

Check out OUR SCHEDULE

We gather EVERY WEDNESDAY at noon (unless otherwise posted). Please bring a pillow or blanket to sit on.

WEEKLY GUEST SPEAKERS cover a range of topics including:

Infant Sleep

Motor Milestones

Pelvic Floor Health
