South Community
Birth Program

Postpartum Drop-in Group

Creating a gentle weekly routine for you and your babe including activities such as Library time, Community Centre drop-ins, or groups like ours, can be helpful as you navigate raising little ones. And what a wonderful way to network and create community! We can all learn so much from each other.

If you are able, PLEASE DONATE. All proceeds go to the Vancouver Community Birth Foundation.

We gather EVERY WEDNESDAY at noon (unless otherwise posted). Please bring a pillow or blanket to sit on.

WEEKLY GUEST SPEAKERS cover a range of topics including:

  • Infant Sleep

  • Motor Milestones

  • Pelvic Floor Health

  • Infant Massage

  • Introduction to Infant CPR

  • Libido & Sex After Babe

  • Baby Wearing

  • Introducing Solid Food

  • …and so much more!

We hope to see you at Drop-in!
