Circle of Security Parenting Group - on Zoom

Do you ever wish your child came with an owners manual? Have you ever felt overwhelmed, frustrated or confused about how to manage your child’s behaviour or communication? Join our 9 week parenting program and learn to recognize your child’s individual needs.

Circle of Security is an internationally recognized, evidence based attachment parenting program to support caregivers on obtaining a deeper understanding of themselves and their child. This 9 week curriculum provides caregivers with a visual map of their child’s emotional needs. Based on decades of research, Circle of Security parenting will teach you how to read your child’s emotional needs, support your child’s ability to successfully manage emotions and enhance the development of your child’s self esteem.

This program is open to all caregivers of children between the ages of 6mo and 6yo of age. Participants must be able to commit to all 8 weeks.

This group runs on Monday evenings for two hours from 7:00-9:00pm, facilitated virtually via Zoom (secure video). Participants must commit to all 8 sessions.
